Thank you to all who helped complete the land reclamation as well as all the construction to get this project done. The apartment towers are located directly on the footprint of the old merchant hall, just North of the spawn plaza. There are two buildings, containing 132 apartments in total.

Why Get an Apartment?

• Convenience
  Walking distance from portal ships, shops, bank, train station and community events. Even if it’s not your primary residence, you it never hurts to have a nearby pad for chests or crafting.
• Urban Living
  While we all enjoy building gigantic elaborate structures in the wilderness, sometimes it’s nice to have a place where the ‘action’ is. If you’re crafting, smelting, or training MCMMO skills, why not do it with a view of the plaza right from your window? Besides, the fewer chunks loaded the better the server performs. So if more people are in a single chunk, that’s a good thing.
• Chunk Loaded While You’re Offline
  Perhaps the most beneficial feature of having a home in spawn is the benefits of cooking/smelting while not online. Remember, furnaces only work when the chunk you’re in is loaded. Spawn chunks are loaded all the time. Anytime someone is in spawn the chunk will be loaded and your items will cook away.
• Doesn’t Affect Your Residence Limits
  The apartments are rented out, not sold, so having an apartment will not affect the limit you have on residences. Remember, non-donors have a limit of 3 residences.
• Save a /home
  Due to the limited /homes you have, you can save one for your home and just use /spawn.

There are 5 floor plans to choose from, fit for everyone from newbs to millionaires. Pricing is based on size and scarcity. Model homes have been furnished in all floor plans with the exception of Penthouse Lofts, to give you inspiration and show you how an inhabited apartment could look. Feel free to walk through and tour the model homes at your leisure. No refunds should you decide to vacate.

Rules

• You may not remove any blocks that are a part of the exterior of the building, even if your subzone contains them (with the exception of roof yards). Doing so is considered griefing, and you’ll be banned from the server.
• Rooftop Lofts – You may not remove any walls in the existing floorplans/staircase- You may add walls, but not remove – Because if you move out, the next tenant needs to have the standard floorplan.
• You may furnish your flat however you see fit
• You are responsible for your own flags/protection
• Dogs are allowed if they’re IN your apartment.
• Please when you walk your dogs in the complex park, make sure to pick up their poop.
• Should you be evicted due to non-payment of rent, your belongings will be confiscated by the Vetronian Government. No exceptions.
• Players may only occupy 1 apartment per player. No combining units.

How to Get an Apartment

To reserve your apartment, visit this thread, and post the unit you wish to rent. First come first served. You must have money in your account or your place will be repossessed by the superintendent and all your items seized by the government. Rent comes out every week automatically from your iConomy balance, so make sure you’re funded with a reasonable income for your home selection. Economy studios are so affordable, one could simply vote twice a week and fund their pad, so there’s no excuse not to pay rent. We are using the rental system to keep inactive players from hogging apartments if an active player would like it.
