I've built 14 plots, with room to expand a few more for free standing shop buildings in Vetropolis. This is for players who are serious about their shops, and want to be a part of the new premium shopping district.
Want to set your shop to buy gold? Want to sell your diamonds? The free plots in the Merchant Hall may be a bit hard to navigate, so set yourself apart with your own standalone building.
Cost: 5000 shillings (Not counting the 500 shilling shop fee)
Where?: Just east of the PVP arena (see pic below)
Rules: Your building needs to look like it belongs in Vetropolis. Nothing crazy, no purple wool and pumpkin exteriors please. If your building design needs to be changed, we'll let you know or demolish it. Other than that, no specific build rules. When you take ownership, please change the enter/leave messages immediately.
The plots all go down to level 56, and up to level 75. So you can have a basement.
How?: Each plot is subzoned. Go find the subzone you want, then post in this thread which one you want. When I get the chance, I'll deduct 5,000.00 shillings directly from your account and grant you admin rights to the subzone if it is available. Then you'll need to follow the instructions on the wiki to get your shop set up.

I would like to get one....I do have the money yet, but I will be upgrading over the next few days. Could I reserve one? (If your wondering I am getting back into veterancraft. I do not have minecraft on my laptop and in browser did not work.Now I am back and ready to play)

Well it's not as close to my embassy as I'd like, but it's the closest there is, so I'd like to request plot 13. It'd be much easier for me to get my lapis that way.
One question though, is it allowed to put multiple shops in the same building? Such as a floor with the default market stuff, a second floor or office where you buy some stuff, and a limited-access basement shop where you offer bargains for friends.

doggy, i will hold off on yours because I have a feeling that's what squi meant, if not it's yours.
