Hi,

 

Last week, I paid to upgrade both egcairncross and cacairncross to knights on veteranscraft (for two members of my family who like to play together), but the upgrade for cacairncross is not showing when we log on to veteranscraft. 

 

I have email messages from paypal confirming both purchases as knights for the two different (although similar) usernames.  the egcairncross upgrade works - it has the 6000 shillings etc.

However, the cacairncross upgrade did not work.  Can you check to see what happened?

Actually, the 2nd upgrade must have had a typo because when I went to pay the shillings (copied and pasted from paypal), it said "Player Not Found".

I will attempt with the spelling you posted here, if it doesn't work, I'll let you know to check spelling. If it does work, that'll be that :)
