Who is Steve? What is he seeing? Without any additional info anyone without a priori knowledge wouldn't know how to answer this question and it only serves to waste forum space and my time reading it.

Well, I guess there is a little egg on my face. I never knew that the character name was Steve. The question certainly makes more sense now. But still, it could have just as well been asked as "Is anyone else seeing the default steve skin instead of custom ones?" The good thing is that I learned something today; but I will still ripe a new hole in anyone that posts vagaries in Support.
