As part of the Capetown Fleet project, I want to build a lighthouse in the middle of the area for the ships to sail around. However, this is in the ocean, roughly hundred blocks away from the shore. As such I'd like to request permission for a lighthouse there from the bottom of the ocean to a height of at most 40. I do not have a design yet to display for permission, unfortunately.
In this image, the lighthouse would go roughly go where the 25 is of the "1x 11x25" list of planned ships.
