Just so you are aware. If you exit your mine-cart on the Rail Line while underwater, you get teleported outside of the Line. This is troublesome at some stations that are underwater. I thought this was a 1.7.2 (or 3) issue, but I guess 1.7.4 didn't fix it.

 

To test: Use West Line at spawn, exit mine-cart once you are clear of the land and fully underwater.
