What did happen to the Portal building at Seraph's Realm?

(Please excuse, if this topic should not contain a new information for you. By searching sketchily about it in this forum, I haven't found anything.)

See the screenshots below. 7/8 of the building seems to be cut off. It's nothing graphic. By stepping into the "nothing" you really fall down and get hurt.

Wow. That's certainly some damage! I've secured the top landing, but I have to run to work. Hopefully another member of staff will be able to create the ladder down as well as re-create the North/West/South/East portals. They still work, but they need their blocks back to make them visible and such.

So far as I'm aware, the portal building is still not usable. Is this something a tech or yourself can rollback, or should I attempt to rebuild it as it was?

It's usable to donators, since you can get out of it with a compass, but those without one can't get over the fences.

I've tried rolling back with no success. I believe it is chunk errors or something.

@ Frelling, any way we can restore the chunk from a backup or do we need to rebuild it?

There is a hole in the ground that if you jump down lands you in five block deep water. It's a one way exit, but I didn't want to mess around too much.
