From the dropdown list, it's the one called Vote on MSI.  It's initial link is http://www.veterancraft.net/vo.....te-on-msi/, which then resolves to http://minecraft-servers.info/.....hp?id=3330.

However, I just get "Oops! Google Chrome could not find minecraft-servers.info" when I click to vote there.

Thank you for bring this to our attention. Voting sites come and go all the time. Apparently, this one has decided to go. We'll keep an eye on it for the next couple of days just in case they are having operational issues rather than having closed shop.

Yes, this link has not been working for me either for the past 2-3 weeks. I use IE 11, if that helps any.
