Earlier this week I noticed that my shillings had been reset. I haven’t bought anything lately so there may have been an error somewhere. I understand that this is not top priority and other things come first but I would appreciate it if this was looked at when you have some spare time, thanks.

Did you check again? Could have been a temporary disconnection between game and mysql database, others mentioned it before.

This happened a few days ago. I did wait a day or two to see if it came back but it didn't.

unfortunately unless there's proof this is happening with more than one account, like everyone, there's no way to know, and the assumption would be that it is something you're forgetting. It would take hours to look through the logs and frankly that's not worth the time invested. how much have you lost?

I understand but I had over 100,000 shillings. I would have had to buy a ton of things to spend it all and the 2000 shillings were from when it was reset. I'm sorry this is happened in the middle of everything else.
