Not sure if this one is known, but occasionally /shop find won't show all shops involved. I noticed that it will show me shops who ran out of stock, yet at the same time a buying shop that has 0 stock won't show either. Perhaps this is because the command lists it as "selling for 35.00, buying for 45.00" while in truth the shop buys for 35 and sells for 45. Since the same command that mixes buying and selling up, is the one deciding whether to show you the information, chances are this mixup is responsibly for showing shops without stock yet not showing shops willing to buy without active stock.
