So I see we have an in-game mail system but I have no idea how to use it and no one on the server seems to answer. Does anyone know how or if its even working?

There is a private message system. Although, it depends on how active that player is whether or not they see it or how quickly they see it. There's a setting people can set to get an email if they receive a PM but it's not required, so not everyone would get it.

I completely forgot about this thread because someone in game said it is for donors only. Is it? If not, how do I use the private message system?

Click on the In-Box button to the left of the Log Out button.

See, I saw that but theres a message in game that says mail in inbox. Does that link to the forum private message?

Did the /mail help. it says to do /mail send playername message. When I do that though it says I do not have mail.essentials.permission.

In game mail via /mail send [player] [message] is different from the Forum PM system accessible via the Inbox button near the top right of your screen. They are not connected.

My bad, the use of "private messaging system" threw me off track. Either could have just said mail rather than making it sound more sophisticated than it is.

Try /mail help once more and read the command description more carefully.

The in-game mail system is a donor perk. Check out the Upgrades page to see how to become a donor!

Non-donors can still read mail, which is what he is trying to do
