I just have a little question about a rule. To be specific, the rule that states when you are absent from the server, for about a month, your inventory can be deleted and resses can be removed. Since my computer is broken and I am without money, I have little to no access to minecraft. I was wondering if in my case, would my stuff be deleted?

Given that you have come forward and explained why you will be absent, I don't think you have too much to worry about.  I believe that rule is in place for those who choose to leave VC, and never look back.

Hmmm, it seems that I may be able to use my parents Mac tomorrow. If not, I get even more time to plan out new redstone contraptions for the 1.3 update. See y'all tomorrow...maybe.
