While exploring the new SR, I typed /delhome 2 (I only have 2 homes). This deleted my previous /home 2 which was a warp to the End Portal in the OR. I then typed /sethome sev to make a new home 2, right?
The problem is that when I went to /home 1 which should have been unaffected by my commands, it turns out my /home 2 warp point was instead shifted down to /home 1, effectively overwriting my old /home 1 (which sucks because that was the only way to get to my town).
Was I using the commands wrong? Or is there some sort of error in an array handling segment somewhere?

You should always reference homes by their name rather than their index value. New homes are added to the beginning of the list, pushing existing homes up a notch - as in your case, the new home became #1 and the old #1 become #2. Likewise, if you had three homes using /delhome 2 would make your old #3 the new #2.
