Hello,

some weeks ago I received an e-mail that Veterancraft deactivated my payment for my brother's account, t_koerner, rank bishop. Indeed, Paypal has stopped to tranfer the monthly amount. Why did that happen? Can I simply reactivate the payment? Thanks a lot!

I got the same thing today, and I am wondering why.

I know I haven't been on.  But I don't want to lose my built up money, experience, claims, etc.  Though, as I said in a post a couple months ago, if someone wants part of one of my claims I might be happy to sell it.  But I have received no PMs regarding that, so, I assume it hasn't been a problem.

VeteranCraft does not suspend payment profiles.

PayPal suspends payment profiles if the transaction fails twice. You would need to contact PayPal and ensure your account is in good standing and there are no other payment related issues. Once that has been completed, simply re-initiate a payment profile via the Upgrades page.

Ohhhhhhh...that actually makes sense.  Our card was "compromised"  (I dunno...the Home Depot hack or such, who knows) and we had to get new ones.  I thought I had updated the Paypal account, but I guess not.

The notice that Paypal sends, FYI, is "VeteranCraft Suspended..."   so they pass the buck...

Hm, the same may apply for me, but it's indeed confusing as it said: "VeteranCraft, LCC. suspended your automatic payment."

I'll have a look into it.
