Could use a little help with ventrillo | Support | Forum

Sometimes Ventrillo just doesn't seem to load properly.  if you can find an older version, one that "works", load that first, then use the update tool.  Or you can uninstall, and reinstall until it does.  Ive had similar problems in the past, and on to of that, it stopped working after a month or so, and i had to redo it.  

Once you DO get it working, make sure to change the setup to best fit your audio settings on your computer.  Ventrillo will use default settings to your motherboard and chipset.  but if you have a secondary audio driver, change vent to use it, and the corresponding codec.  be sure to use the 'Test' button, and set a push to talk key.  I personally use Left ALT key, since it has no effect to my gameplay in almost every game.
