I have had this problem for some time now and I hoped the staff know the answer to my question.

I moved that shop around a few times, but I cannot build in the area of the shop. It looks like there is someone elses claim, but when I place a block, it instantly disappears without any kind of message. In the following picture are the details of the shop:

For some reason though, I can build within the bounds of this shop:

I have no idea what is going on. I hope the staff can shed some light on this issue.

The problem, I believe, lies in that you are not the owner of the claim for that shop.  And although you have Trust and Manage perms, I seem to remember a conflict that can arise between claims and shops of different owners.

I believe frelling may know of a way to resolve the conflict, but I can't remember for the life of me.

Thanks for the response. Sadly this doesnt seem to be the issue, I have moved the shop to a spot that I have claimed myself, still the same problem occurs. A thing that I'd like to add is that I can break the blocks in the shop area, but I can not (re)place any.

Solved.  Temporarily transferring ownership seems to have fixed the perms issue.
