I honestly dont know if it has a devbukkit or what and im a noob at this stuff but this mod (title) will increase the games mechanics by changing how to make tools

it incorparates a multiblock smeltery tht allows you to blend ores tht it comes with to make stronger tools

i allows more customization for your tools and diffirentiates players picks

it increases the playability of vet craft for more immerse digging

it makes making ingots and tools more realistic and rewarding

it add new recipies for tools and also new tools tht are more usefull

and it would be a great addition for vet craft

Tinkers Construct is a forge mod, and it would require players to use a certain mod pack to connect to the server. I also do not think it is compatible with Bukkit at all.
