one issue i've been having is there have been a few people that have been griefing and have been banned, and proceded to making their (poorly argued) ban appeals. thjese people then get back on the server with , what i consider, a slap on the wrist. a cool use of th courthouse would be to have a Ban Repeal system, where people can argue for a persons ban. however, the only way that the ban would be repealed, since we are going against Meat or Frelling, would be a majority vote kind of thing.

Honestly it's the staff's jobs to handle bans. Many people post in other people's ban appeals and reports even when they don't have anything that needs to be said, so we then have to deal with deleting their comments. I am all for having the community help with things since the community is what makes the server what it is. But bans and the sort are simply for staff to handle, and not for the public to deal with. Also, the people that get banned and then get back on the server generally figure their stuff out. We have several members who have been banned but are now great members because meat or frell thought that they deserve another chance. The courthouse could be used for more minor problems like little feuds between people. Anyway, these are just my thoughts on the matter, and hopefully they make sense.
