I think it would be interesting if JCshops allowed you to put a sign within the shop, that when right clicked on opened a container, and anything placed within the container would be added to the shop, similar to the way a disposal sign functions.
This would make it much easier to manage a shop that sells odds and ends and I think would make it easier for people to offer variety in their shops, instead of having to mostly focus on bulk items.
I do not know if this is something that can be implemented, or if it would be too difficult, but I thought I would put it out there
In addition to this, a specific command that allows for removing specific quantities of stock from shop inventory that would allow managers to do so without being charged, and without having to actually set a sell price would be a nice feature.

I have been able to remove items without setting a sell price from my shop Bonzai, I thought I would have to set a price but I just typed in the /shop buy itemname wantedamt and was able to get the item amount. The only difficulty I have is knowing how much of the item I have in stock without adding more to it but still saves some space in chests. Hope that helps with part of what you were looking for.

Something to that tune is already on the drawing board. Many players are actually using shops as an item vault, so the logs have been abundantly full with /shop buy & /shop add Unfortunately, there are bigger fish to fry with JCShops as we continue to refactor and prepare it for bigger and better things.

As it stands, owners are not charged for "buying" items. However, shop managers are charged. Sounds like you indeed are trying to use shops as an inventory management tool. While the ability exists to disable charging managers, it is not a command line configurable item. This is intentional, until we've revamped JCShops and replaced the antiquated, brute-force, file-based shop databases with something that is thread-safe and able to handle concurrent transactions.
