Forum topic group for FAQ (Noob questions) | Suggestion Box | Forum

Noobs have a lot of questions just because they're noobs.  They would know the answers to most if they actually read the rules they claimed to have read to get past the spawn area.  And many noobs don't use Forum.  However, there are also many questions that come up frequently. A topic group would not only give a place to find the answers to FAQs, but also a way to see what needs emphasis and clarification on the blog and wiki.  It would also encourage everyone to ask questions instead of making assumptions which can lead to misunderstandings.
