I really didn't see where I would put this, but I'd rather report this now when I discovered it than get nailed for it accidentally later. 

 

It is possible to use the plugin Xpvault to dupe experience. All you need to do is withdraw all experience from the vault, and then put it back in. The higher the amount of experience you withdraw and put back in, the higher the amount of experience is created.

As you can see, i got over 1000 experience from several repetitions. This is gamebreaking, as all one has to do is dupe experience and then sit somewhere enchanting books. It's especially so, because it requires being a donor to access this plugin.
