Yoo zup yall... So as always am sitting a lot and checking different plugins that might come in handy and this one might be nice to have its called DistantFarm, it does not show anything about generating any lag or anything, check it out and i can always hope its something you might consider

Went through the comments, found this:
"My plugin does not keep the chunks loaded. It calculates the time passed between unload and reload of a chunk and after that it simulates the passed ticks. I use the original (random) minecraft algorithms (with some statistical improvements to get rid of the time dependent linear complexity)"
