This is getting old. Once more, our host FragNet is plagued with a database problem (around 2 AM EST). I realize that they had a change of staff over the past month, but who did they replace them with? So far the only feedback was that they were aware of the problem and have dispatched a technician to investigate the problem - meaning they called someone at the data center - and that services would be restored shortly. "Shortly" seems to have outlived its meaning. So its the ol' waiting game.

The post doesn't mention it, but are the Residences safe? With McMMO and iConomy rolled back to 6/25, I'm just curious. I've been Res'ing as I go, so the iConomy balance isn't a huge hit, but if the Res I've done since 6/25 is lost, it would be a little worse.

I'm glad we have such a great crew running our server, though! I'm frankly appalled at Fragnet's service, but I have never once considered it as a mark against this place thanks to your great efforts and talents. Smile
