I thought I'd remove the sidebar for the forums. You can still get back to the home page by clicking the logo. It gives more room for things, and seems nicer to me. What do you guys think? I can always change it back if you guys want.

hmm, I sometimes click the map link from the forums page I always have open (I close the map now so I don't get that popup)

Could some of the links from the sidebar be put in a horizontal bar across the top or something? I do agree that the additional width is nice though.

OK, I restored it back. Unfortunately the WP theme we're using has sucky navigation options, so I'll just save this for our dream list. 😉
