     Starting now, you can pre-order a plot of land in Sancti Machina for less! Plots of land will cost 7 shillings per block during the sale, meaning you don't have to pay any more than you would building elsewhere! If interested, post an application according to the following information:

     The application must include a picture of the design to be approved. The design must match the overall theme of Sancti Machina. I will decide if it will be allowed. It must look futuristic or modern to pass, but I will leave it to you to decide what style you want it to be, as long as it won't ruin the overall look of the city. If approved, we can discuss things later in-game. Keep in mind that you will not be able to build immediately on payment, but the sale will be gone by the time the city opens.

     Also, if you would like a refund before the city is complete, just let me know. However, do not expect that it will be immediate, as most of the profits from this sale will go towards zoning. If you request a refund, however, you will get one guaranteed as long as you request before the city is complete.
