Pyox is for sale to anyone. Pyox is being sold as is. Once funds have been paid , I will give you full control over the residence. The portal ship will stay with Pyox meaning it will be yours also. You can view the property by going to spawn (/spawn). Then to the harbor. Follow the path till you see a large ship with a iron haul and green sails. This will take you to Pyox.

It's being sold because there are other projects im involved in and they will be taking up 99% of my time.
