Château de squi, located in Capetown, is now for sale!

 

 

If you want to buy, the residence is up on sale in the residence market list.  To see the full residence market list, type

/res market info

If you want to buy the residence, type

/res market buy Capetown.M.2

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask in game if you see me.  

If you see that it is missing from the market list, it could mean someone has bought it already.  I will try to update this post as soon as possible if it does sell.

I have the price set for 17k on the res market.  I wont be able to go on MC for a few days either cause I'm going away for a few days.  If by the time I get back and it hasn't sold yet, I might be willing to lower the price or maybe set up an auction for it.

I'd love to have this built somewhere on the Isle of Pserimos. I really like the building but it's the location. Would be willing to pay extra to do this if you're interested :)
