Given how the residence itself is already worth 97k, it's definitely worth more than that but unfortunately I'm at my residence limit so can't bid that 100k for myself. It only has 2 areas so it's not limiting in that aspect. If you are still trying to sell this, I hope you find someone who pays what it's worth, even if they just move the residence.

The 'size' of the residence was to suit a very tall structure that attached to the mountainside. hence why it encapsulates the entire "portal" structure. In hindsight, I think it would have been better to build with multiple areas, but this was begun before my status updated, and I was limited to 3 areas per residence.

As Okarim has pointed out, I couldn't accept anything less than 75% of it's value. It is a prime estate, with many sections already built up, and pathways dug out. I have actually considered rebuilding, and this thread may have pushed me that extra inch to continue the expansion.

side note: Okarim, are you back now?
