Undead and Josh have been banned for like 2 or 3 weeks now. Even thought they were nice and stuff, they got banned and it looks like they won't be coming back from what I've read. They both had multiple homes and "Statues" in Le Fay and I would like to request for them to be removed. My reason, it gives the newbies a place to build so that they don't build in my Avalon territory again.
Edit: Also, undeadlegend had a cocoa bean farm in the desert next to my tree farm, I was wondering if I could have the res for it. If the res can't be transferred, than can the res just be removed so that I can res it. I will pay any amount needed to staff if it would require a fee.

I'll let a [SM] answer the first part seeing as I'm the one that banned them both.
As for you taking over undeadlegends cocoa bean farm, I think that's meats call. Seeing as undead was banned, that becomes government property and if I'm not mistaken, no other player has been aloud to take over a area owned by a banned player. (I could be wrong) I don't see the harm in allowing this but I'm not making that call.

Spent If u want a cocoa bean farm next time I'm on ill give you some jungle wood and beans if you want.
Also what you could do with le fay is you could make it completely surround the Avalon walls to make it seem like you are a castle and they are gathering around you for protection.

Go ahead and remove them if im on ill give you a hand with it or if you give me the coords ill do it myself if your not about.
And id go with VD on the Cocoa's wait for meat to decide on that one.

I already have several stacks of jungle wood and cocoa beans to make one, I just wanted to use/recycle undead's because it would be much easier imo.
About your second statement, Le Fay isn't my town as it belongs to RedPaperClip (I think that's his name). He hasn't been online in a while so it might be possible that I could buy it in auction 
. If it does go up for auction, I would buy it and possibly re-build it around the Avalon walls (which are being torn down and improved). I like your thinking Figalo

Okay, thanks for the update. So, does that mean that the residences have been removed and I can begin destruction, or I have to wait for you are another staff to unres it and destroy it? Also, I already know that items/blocks belong to the government now, so I'll put everything that I destroy in a chest for y'all.

It would be cool because they would be around the walls as if the closer they were the safer they would be. And it looks good for scenery. It would be cool if the architecture looked like lwk's city highmoor with the mountain cottage feel.
