i call it a city but it really is quite junky. it was a naturally, spawned village that was edited to accomidate bigger houses. it was also initially connected to Hillshire via a cobble rail tunnel, as well as another village ,that seems to be doing well, called Gospic. however, it has fallen into ruins. ThatOldSpiceGuy was banned, and MiniComplex has not neatened it up. the newest edit that i could find in it was in april. mini also has a half build, ressed house, whill oldspice has a storage house ressed.

i would like to take over this town and neaten it up. especially rebuilding its village aspect and maybe expanding it, i know that mini still has 15 days until his away time is up, but maybe i could leave his res and pay him for it when he comes back on?

I don't see the harm on either side of this, but for respect reasons we should wait until the fourteen days have passed. You're free to leave a few signs and message Mini to your hearts content in the meanwhile.

MiniComplex was on six days ago. Sorry, but even if it's not often used it still belongs to a semi-active player. I don't use Harmony Island - but I would be very displeased if I logged in one day and someone else had taken it from me.
