Requesting removal of a small residence near mine that is blocking expanding my residence for a project.  Claim owner is JACOB7798.  I would be happy to refund him the cost of the residence blocks so that he can recoup his losses as he does have a larger claim a good distance away with structures on it.  It has been over 30 days since he last logged in and I made a thread on the forums hoping to reach him.  

 

Corner coordinates XYZ   -3608 63 1297

Opposite corner     XYZ  -3626 63  1318 

 

I also marked the boundaries of the claim with torches.

Claim removed.  If you wish wish to refund Jacob, it was 340 claim blocks.  Blocks cannot be transferred, but it would be 2,380 shillings to buy them.
