I have not seen this guy on at all. I'm not sure if he has been banned or just quit.

but i would like to request the removal of his residence i do not thing he has any valuable items inside.

It is so close to my area I'm build a city in and is all ready disrupting my project.

There is a random res around the coordinates -3516x, 74y, 485z, and it is hindering the project in the background of the picture as shown here
