Large Seemingly Abandoned Structure Inhibiting Subteranian Expantion | Removal Requests | Forum

The structure is located here. It consist of a large wall and tenement like houses along the perimeter, presumably for the villagers who roam inside the complex, but they are seldom in the houses.  It is well lit, and has a center staircase which leads down to a number of large caverns.  While I have not extensively explored it, I have noted two small tree farms, and several chest banks.

The owner is MastaVirus, who has not responded to request to give me access to build beneath him.  This is why I am now escalating the case to a removal request. As far as I can tell, He has not been active in over a year.

The reason I want the site's claim removed is that I have a large subterranean complex which I aim to turn into a town.  MastaVirus's claim sits over the area that would be the location of the housing portion of the main level.  Lower levels are temporarily closed off because the claim prevents me from aesthetically creating the appropriate paths to various areas.  It has also prevented me from making a nether portal in my town, as one in his claim links to mine.  Both the over-world and nether claims are in door-ed rooms, and I cannot open the doors, preventing effective sharing of the nether portals.  Th Final reason, is that I would like to construct a larger entrance to my complex, as the current one is just a shack.  And once again, his claim is in the way.

I do not need removal of the structures, just removal of the claim.  I will, if this request is approved, attempt to incorporate, not destroy, the exiting structure, crediting him as a co-builder.  Changes I do make will be to make the subterranean portions of the structure match the style of my complex.
