I apologize if I did something wrong here, but I don't know how to hyperlink to the coordinates on Dynmap :( Instead I wrote in the coordinates beside everything. Sorry. And I completely understand if this takes quite a while. I'm nothing if not patient.

 

Been meaning to post about this sort of thing for a while. There are a lot of places in and around Baywalk/Capetown that I don’t know if they’re used any longer. I’ll let Okarim figure out the stuff near him. I don’t want their goods or anything (if they even have any) I just want the ability to remove blight from the town and build something that fits with the rest of the area. If it’d be possible, I humbly request that the following owners and places be looked into:

 This building is located behind Baywalk and is actually pretty nice. I don’t think it needs to be torn down but I would like to know how long it’s been since this guy’s been on. I don’t want to construct things around his place without knowing how he intends on using the land. If he’s been gone long enough, perhaps just removing the res and confiscating his goods for Vetropolis would be fine, it would open up the house for other persons.

 Michael was one of the best people we had in Baywalk and I guess he disappeared like I did a long time ago. His house is nice and I don’t want anything torn down. I just want the residences removed so that I can claim back the shops I turned over to him back in the day. It’s just annoying not being able to manipulate things that I created because I gave them to someone else and they’re gone now. Ah well.

 I don’t want to get rid of his stuff either. I’d just leave it protected under Baywalk’s container lockdown and if he returns, give it all back to him.

 The PublicFarm is great, I’d just like admin control of it or have the residence added to Baywalk so that I could give rights to people to use it. Right now, no one can reap from it, which kind of defeats the purpose.

 DC was another longtime devoted Baywalk resident who went poof over the last year (again, like me) We’ve already removed his house res and I moved his chests into a protected vault for him in case he returns. I figure he can easily rebuild the stuff he wants if/when he returns. I’d like the shop turned over to Baywalk for use and the farm and chicken farm just removed to build homes there.

 

OUTSIDE OF BAYWALK

 This is a very large spread of land that was never developed. Hadron cleared all the trees and ressed it and now it just sits there. It’s just outside of Baywalk and I’d like it to return to a natural environment, which I’ll do if the res is removed. Otherwise it’s just useless.

Christian is being taken care of right now. His residences are removed and I'm just confiscating his items, he's been gone for long enough. Tony can help me take care of the rest when he gets on. Smile

Good morning, group!

With respect, I'd like to have the following residence's in Baywalk either removed or, preferably, transferred into my ownership. The reason I ask is that most of it either was residenced by me before I gave it to the missing folk, or would have been if they hadn't moved in.

The two people in question are no longer on the server, missing for many, many moons. If they ever returned, I vow to turn back over their land to them (happily) because they were great tenants of my little village.
