But....you also made the basket bigger. 
The whole purpose of making the balloon bigger is so it's able to lift the basket. Try a version with the first basket, but the second balloon (or even larger). If you need an idea, check out the balloons at the spawn airport.

So long as those balloons are the same size, go for the right one. Let us know when it's built, and the funds are ready. Please remember you must have it inside a Residence, and if the destination is outside of Vetropolis, you must provide both copies.

I'm not sure what the above is supposed to mean. Someone tell me when the right balloons have been built at their corresponding destinations and that they have met approval. Please put the most current information in a single post along with names of the respective destinations. I don't think I should have to try piecing info together from previous posts. The more info I have, the quicker I can get them installed.
