my portal ship is a medium sized one and meat says that frelling might have room in the old vetropolis harbor so i was wondering if there are any special requirements for the big harbor

here is my ship     please tell me if you have any suggestions or requirements

Like I said in game any ship in Vetropolis needs sails (unless it is an 8x12 or smaller trawler). Also preferrably a wood hull but exceptions can be made. You might want to ask another town like CapeTown if they want to let you have a plot in their harbor, or you can modify the design.

the boat is 18 long if i made it to 14 long and 7 wide could it go in a small or a medium in front of the nether brick boat
