If this is to be docked in the Exodus Skydock, please choose dock E5 or E7, so we don't lose a spot for a full-sized airship. I'll set you up with perms so you can build the second balloon.

If you want this going to another build, please build the second location and then provide the exact coordinates for the portals.

Once you've added the portal spot like we discussed, please post the xyz coords of the portal spots (both origin and destination) here and frelling will set you up. Once the portal is established, I'll remove the subclaim and charge the fee.
