Declined. Your balloon is made of stone and brick, there isn't even a slim chance this would stay airborne. Please re-design with different materials. In addition, the balloon must be 100% enclosed. I suggest you move the 3x3 portal platform to the gondola of the airship, as it makes little sense to have people walk about the topside of the balloon.

I'm not sure if it's forced perspective or something, but the first balloon looked much larger. Please re scale the balloon and gondola to be a tad more realistic. For examples, feel free to visit the airship docks or Google some zeppelins.

All in all though, I like the design and use of rails/ladders.

Iirc, the portal spot needs to be fully open air for the 3x3 area and two high. There seems to be cannons and walls in that area right now.

I can't see any of the previous images for some reason, but it appears that your balloon is still too small for a gondola that size. Play around with the ratio and perhaps do a few Google Image searches to see what would be more appropriate.
