Hasn't been working for a month?  Was it working before, or are you saying that the airship itself was made a month ago?

Ships (airships or otherwise) aren't given portals automatically.  A request MUST be posted here for the senior staff to consider, and then once you're approved and the monies withdrawn, only then is it "made working."

Please review the guidelines for portal airships near the bottom of the page here and provide the information for staff to set you up.  Thanks.
