The staff will set you up, depending on what you want.

If you want to have a shop in the Merchant Hall, look here: http://www.veterancraft.net/fo.....hant-hall/

If you want to have a standalone shop, look here: http://www.veterancraft.net/fo.....lis-shops/

In either case, post there and IF there are spots available, you'll be set up.  Remember that you need to keep your shop stocked with product if you wish to keep it open, otherwise it might be reclaimed for others who might have goods to sell.
