All. this. time... I've been playing for over a year, and never got my spider xp farm to work, and NOW Pherian decides to share this advice.

Any other nuggets of wisdom??

i have a double spider xp farm on another server that works ok. You have to kill the full health of those spiders (using stone swords helps cutting the cost) but they keep spawning quickly. The thing that i was struggling with at first is that the spiders walk along the ceiling of the paths you give them, and every corner they have to go around or every stumbling block (including change of height of the ceiling) will possibly make them stuck. So what i did was make those pathways with the full height all along the path, it did wonders to spiders not getting stuck.
