Hey guys, I'm looking for some better time management software to help me sort tasks among my time and contractor's time (so also project management). I've been using a combination of Asana.com and Google Docs, but I just want to know (from you other professionals) what you've used. I don't like BaseCamp and don't want anything that costs too much. Free/open source the best obviously.

I'm also going to be using this for VeteranCraft as well, to keep staff/marketing people/events/executive planning etc on the same page, and sort out tasks and expectations so things flow, a lot better than on the forums.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I may be going a bit off topic with this, but this got me thinking. A server calendar on the website could help. This would especially help me once I get more time on Fridays to get events going weekly.
