So yet again when not having anything to do while server is busy being offline i tend to talk or post about different stuff, this time its about Mods.

I will in my best to explain or link to sites that explains in worse case better then i can ^^.

How to Install Mods

Magic Launcher

Magic Launcher is one i use my self its like the default one but with more options and so on and its easier to install mods without editing the minecraft.jar file

If you think there is an security problem i can ensure you there is not its as safe as the default launcher

If your gona use Magic Launcher to install mods you Download it ofc :) then place it as you done with your regular launcher of MC and open it as normaly you do i think the login info should remember from the other launcher cant remember but when done so , before pressing login you Press Setup and then Add in the right side

and mark the mods your gona add i post a picture to show how i added mine and Modloader needs to be first in the list as it needs to load first so the other mods loads up.

Setup of MLImage Enlarger

Mods i use.

ModLoader

the modloader is the base of core mod to have when using some other mods and if an mod needs it, the mods page will most likely tells so aswell :)

Convenient Inventory

A mod that i cant live without :) it helps you when lets say loving a inventory full with sandstone over to an Chest but with just 1 click :)

Inventory Tweaks

Its like CI but it adds a few other stuff like auto sorting and so in chests or inventory, you can use just this no need for the CI one but i use both.

OptiFine

Is an mod that tweaks your game experiance alot it adds a bunch of new settings to make the game see longer or turn of stuff to make the game run smoother what ever fits you :)

There is many different versions but i se the one called OptiFine HD C2 Standard

Rei's Minimap

Oww yes i say, its been so handy in my days of exploring in the world of Vetronia ^^.

You can add waypoints to mark your locations you want to remember or your friends towns or citys and the waypoints shows ingame in the world with text and distance , this can ofc be changed ingame with the minimaps options.
