Just wanted to drop a note to ya'll...  I haven't gotten bored with talking with everyone and playing.  I am just totally distracted and stressed out with real life stuff.

We have been house hunting (long story involving my mother needing to move into our current house...and us needing to find a new house for David, me and the kids).

We've had some hurdles, some disappointments (lost a couple houses we loved by being a tad too late with our bid) etc.

But finally an offer we made was accepted.

So... I am less stressed about living arrangements...and am now moving on to being stressed about needing to pack and move (and then, I am sure, having to move my mother into our current house...cause she won't do it herself or hire anyone).

So, while I (or we all) might be scarce for a while... it is not due to VC boredom.  Just life.  David seems to be able to play.  But I get distracted and can't fully concentrate and enjoy what I am doing.

I'll share a couple pics of what we should (sans paperwork problems) be closing on, on May 29.

(The house isn't as big as these pics make it look.  The grand foyer and the kitchen are the best rooms.  Other rooms are average or even small.  And since it is a historic house...closet space is limited.  So part of my packing process has to be to get rid of LOTS of stuff and/or figure out how we will store or keep it in a house with limited closets.)

Here are the best pics, though:

Thanks.

Not tons more room.  But a little.

But if it is a choice between the house we are in now (which I don't like) and that house...I definitely choose that one.
