Figured to start a thread with the title in mind.  And since I'm the one who made the thread, figured to be the first to post ;)

1. My favorite car would be the one I'm currently driving.  2004 Pontiac GTO, 350HP, leather interior, future collector's car :D

2. My dream car would be an Aston Martin Vantage V12.  Just an overall appealing and fast car that you don't see too often.

I don't have a favorite car as I walk almost everywhere I go. And I can't exactly fit in a vehicle easily. (I'm 6' 3", or 1.905 meters)

My dream car would be The Griffon from "Big O" as seen here. http://www.eyrie-productions.c.....iffon.html

Almost everything in the car is possible to do, including the color changing feature. Sadly I lack the funds to actually build it, despite my stepdad being an awesome welder / prototyper.

Totally impractical dream car (cause my family won't fit in it): Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale (Around $126,000)

Dream car my family would fit in: Lamborghini Urus (concept car lol)

Wow there are some nice looking ones in this topic. I'm a very big car guy so I love lots of them, but I guess I can pick out a few favorites. My more practical dream car would be a Corvette or an Audi R8, but my actual dream car would be a Mclaren F1.

Here in the states we call that a Nissan Frontier.  Very good utility vehicle.  Has the room of an SUV but the functionality of a truck.

When dreams become reality:

I just got one of these a few weeks ago.  Since 2010, the Outback model has been less of a "station wagon" and more of a "small SUV." It rides higher, has plenty of space, and drives like a dream.  And it will last me a lifetime, because Subarus are awesome like that.

In my younger years, I used to drive a Toyota Supra all year long in Central NY. Never got stuck, but did kill a few tires in the process. After my '93 Jeep finally fell to pieces in my driveway two year ago, we became an all Subaru family. At least now my wife will park her Outback next to my Legacy rather than down the road from my ailing Jeep Laugh

My mom has a 93 Jeep Wrangler she has had outfitted with mudding tires and a snorkel system. We almost brought it up north with us, but it isn't exactly the smoothest ride for eight hours of driving.

I never did answer the OP's question. My favourite car is my clunker of a car here. It's nearly identical to the one I drive, and in the few years I've had it it's driven into ditches, over curbs, into snowbanks, and down gravel roads without looking any worse for wear. It can go over 135 mph (220 for us Canuks), and has been outfitted with a fantastic stereo system (and thankfully iPhone dock). The picture below isn't mine - but the only difference I can spot is that mine has a sunroof... but does anyone actually use theirs?

However I would trade that in a heartbeat for an Audi R8 GT. I would sell my Neon for an Audi and throw in my brother to sweeten the deal. He isn't that bright, but I'm sure he could do dishes or something.

I told the doctor I broke my leg in two places. He told me to stop going to those places.

My dream car would be the Acura NSX Concept. The only problem that I have with it though is that it is a hybrid, so if I were to get it, it would be heavily modified.

I didn't notice the OP's original question of favorite car.. I thought you meant favorite car in existence not that I've owned. My favorite vehicles I've owned are both toyota trucks.

Back in 2002 I had a Euro version (Toyota Hilux), Then in 2006 I had a Tacoma. Best ever vehicles as far as utility, durability off road and overall never breaking down etc... Example, my latter truck went 300,000+ miles before it died. The engine seized cause I forgot to fill it with oil (not her fault, my fault)... Rest in peace.

Now I drive a crossover (that my friends make fun of saying it looks like a minivan) - a Chrysler Pacifica.
