I assume meatbawllz is the only one who's able to do this, but if someone else is capable, would you please?

there is a /resadmin command to change ownership of a residence;  I'd like to change the owner of one of my residences to Axymoron.  Residence name is SkeletonXP.

 

I guess the first question I should ask is if this is even possible?

There should be a give command that residence owners can use. I believe it's /res give [resname] [newowner]. I may be wrong. Either way, any Moderators are able to do the resadmin command for you. I would log in but I'm at work (clearly slacking).
