Hello Vets,

I have made an item sorter for every single item in the game. For the sorter to correctly sort every item in the right place I have to setup some filters, those filters need a little less than a stack to operate. So once the hoppers, redstone and chests were in place I figured I was done, but collecting a stack of every single (reasonable; no dragon eggs, beacons, nether stars for example) is a job that requires atleast as much time and efford. Tha, combined with my lazyness, wanted to ask the help of people on VC.

I appreciate the efford for any item you can sell me, so even if that means you take a look at the spreadsheet (link down below) and sell me only one or two stacks! One important thing though: I do only buy stacks. I don't feel like talking to 5 people to get myself only one stack of, for example, TNT.

The items on the spreadsheet have either a Y or a N next to them, when there is a Y next to the item, it means "Yes, I still have to collect a stack of this item". If there is a next to the item, it means: "No, I have already collected this item".

Since it is such a long list, it could be that I have some items marked as Y which I have already collected. So, if you decide to collect something expensive; Contact me first! I probably wont be buying a stack of something expensive when I dont need it anymore!

Down here is the link for the list, all items I require are on there. If you want to know wether or not to gather an item, just use the chat in google spreadsheets (right bottom) and send me a message.

Important!

If you decide to collect an item and it is something that might take a while (for example; collecting all colours of glass), mark it down here so I and others can see that you are already working on that. If you do not do that, it could happen that someone else has collected it faster than you and will be able to sell it to me. Again; I probably will not buy items I do not need anymore!

In advance I want to thank anyone who spends time helping me with this chore!

I'll have to look at size of that thing LaughKudos on having the diligence to build a sorter that can handle all items!

Might I suggest that rather than trying to find stacks for everything at once, to simple configure items that you have and let everything else spill over into an overflow chest (presumably the first unconfigured sorter - depending on design). Therein you can slowly amass stacks of items that you do not currently have letting you extend your configuration as needed.

Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experiences of others, are also remarkable for their disinclination to do so. - D. Adams

I remember visiting this place, it looks great! But what kind of filter do you use to need a stack of each item for it to function?

I made an item sorter for about 200 items and only need 18 of each item for it to function properly.

It's impulsesv's design that has overflow protection (backlog doesn't cause the signals to spill over to the other ones next to it)

@Frelling: It is huge! And now it is at a point of no return. I just simply cannot abort this project now, too much work already put into it. Cant say looking for every items is the most entertaining job ever. I am glad people want money on this server so they can do it for me! Would be nice if you would come over and have a look!

Your way of filling the hoppers would be just dumping the items in there, and once the right amount is in the right hopper, the next item will flow through? (Not too good at redstone, so I am not sure if I understand it correctly).

@Gide: For all the technical redstone stuff you'll have to be at AdmlAdama's desk! Also alot of credit for this sorter goes to him, glad I get to use it though! ^^
