Is there any way to build your city with the land intact? Or build it with the landscape as a feature? Or possibly only take down the land as needed?
I mean zero offense by questioning this. I'm simply going with history. There are a LOT of people who cleared and flattened large square areas of the map and then disappeared, leaving us with large, flat, barren tracts of land.
If I had a suggestion, I'd recommend you actually build as you go, flattening as needed, but start with buildings too. Just flattening a huge tract of land looks terrible.
I like you as a player, and I have no doubt you'll be around a while, I just wanted to get my thoughts in here before you decide to level the whole place.
