Aparently I was in violation of a build rule I was unware until now that I had violated the 10x10 structures in the ocean. So this is a request to allow me to rebuild it and also to build the rest of the docks of the city area.

These are the dock where the ships were going to come in and dock I would like to ask permission to repair what I had to remove for this.
