ATTENTION COMMUNITY EVENTS TEAM
Please comment in the thread below with the dates you are available for the following community events. I will start assigning teams tomorrow.
Please DOUBLE CHECK your calendar. If you say you will be available and blow this off, you will get a foot in your rump! 
So only volunteer if you are 100% sure you can be available for the planning prior, as well as the event itself.
All events are at 6:00pm EST on their dates (SATURDAY).
- March 2, 2013 Event: Treehouse Build Off
- March 9, 2013 Event: PVP Competition
- March 16, 2013 Event: Build Off (undetermined type of building)
- March 23, 2013 Event: Hunger Games
- March 30, 2013 Event: Dodgeball

You are more than welcome to use any of the platforms at ADM for the event(s). I believe the warps are still set up, and all functionality of each is still intact.
I am getting sent off to NYC for undetermined length of time this week, and am not quite sure as to when i'll be returning, again.

I am 90% sure that I will be able to do all of these (not saying I want to). Because it is lent, I go to church on Saturday at 6 EST or Sunday mornings. The problem would be that, if an event runs late, I would have to leave early (If I go on Sunday, no prob).
I would like to do the PVP competition and/or the Hunger Games (I will attempt to schedule my rl events around these).
So... That's pretty much it.

Ryan, I assigned you to the 23rd tentatively. Can you make sure that works for you, if not I can move you to the 16th. Anyone else available for the 16th?
You guys can sign into trello and see the events board, and see the checklists, and begin working on them. Please see deadlines for checklists.

Yeah, that would probably be better. Just tell me the date and I will check my calendar and inform you ASAP on whether or not I will be able to help (or lead).

I've set you as the project manager. Don't let me down. As far as what to build, feel free to poll the public and use their input. Gotta be able to make decisions dude.

Dal, are you up for leading an event? I'm trying to get in touch with ehvsoi since he's on for this weeks' but i'll need a backup in case anyone falls through (either ehvs or any other one)
